椰子去皮机的设计
摘要
椰子是植物中最大的果实之一，它的果肉、汁液、椰壳纤维等均可以被利用。椰子果肉可以食用或药用，椰子汁液清甜解渴，椰壳纤维可以被加工制作成地毯、绳索等一系列产物，具有巨大的经济利用价值。故而由于椰子价值高，需求量大，它的去皮工作就成为了椰子加工中一道重要的加工工序。
本次设计就椰子的去皮设计了一种椰子去皮机，主要对椰子的椰衣进行去除。重点设计椰子去皮的齿辊机构，在去皮过程中通过一对相向转动的齿辊带动椰子转动，齿辊上的齿钉刺破椰子椰衣，椰衣掉落从而实现去皮的目的。针对人工压料效率低危险性高的问题，在椰子去皮机上增加了压框装置，采用一个半圆柱形的钢制框焊接在机架上，使得椰子在去皮过程中不会抛出，而且能充分被刺破。该椰子去皮机效率高、危险性低，可以广泛适用于椰子去皮。

Design of coconut peeler
Abstract
Coconut is one of the largest fruits in plants. Its pulp, juice and coconut shell fiber can be used. Coconut pulp can be used for food or medicine, coconut juice is sweet and thirst quenching, coconut shell fiber can be processed into carpet, rope and other products, which has great economic value. Therefore, due to the high value and large demand of coconut, its peeling has become an important processing procedure in coconut processing. In this design, a kind of coconut peeler is designed to remove the coconut coat. This paper focuses on the design of the tooth roller mechanism of coconut peeling. In the process of peeling, a pair of tooth rollers which rotate in opposite directions drive the coconut to rotate. The nail on the tooth roller pierces the coconut coat, and the coconut coat falls off, so as to achieve the purpose of peeling.
In this design, a kind of coconut peeler is designed to remove the coconut coat.This paper focuses on the design of the tooth roller mechanism for coconut peeling.In the process of peeling, a pair of tooth rollers rotate the coconut, and the nail on the tooth roller pierces the coconut coat, and the coconut coat falls, so as to achieve the purpose of peeling.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and high risk of manual pressing, a frame pressing device is added to the coconut peeling machine, and a semi cylindrical steel frame is welded on the frame, so that the coconut will not be thrown out in the peeling process, and can be fully punctured. The coconut peeling machine has high efficiency and low risk, and can be widely used for coconut peeling.
