基于Pr-E的小型汽车前副车架上板的成型工艺及模具设计
摘要
随着现代化社会的日益发展,能源也是越来越紧缺,所以环保的行业成为现在发展的重中之重。冲压模具就是其中一种可以循坏利用的工业。模具的应用的范畴极为广泛,在很多的轻工业当中,许多的零部件都需要依据模具才能够被生产出来,而且伴随着人们的各种需求,越来越需要冲压模具来带给我们便利。当前的社会,冲压模具的发展、精密度以及模具的使用寿命,已经是衡量一个国家机械化水平的最具有影响力的标杆。大到汽车的覆盖件,小到单手掌控的3C数码产品,都离不开冲压模具的发展。随着对产品质量的提高,也需要对模具结构的精确度来进行严格规范,从而实现模具的高效发展。模具的级数比较前沿,当前已经融合了机械工程、计算机应用、自动操控、数控技术等产业,是一种比较具有综合性的学科。
在此次的设计当中,我翻阅查看了大量的模具设计资料,在汽车前副车架上板模具的设计与应用当中,和以前的设计方法相比较而言,模具的广泛应用,使得产品的质量得到了巨大的提升,模具的创新思路以及要求要紧跟现代化的步伐下,需要与未来的发展相结合。

Abstract
With the increasing development of modern society, energy is becoming more and more in short supply. Therefore, the environmental protection industry has become the top priority in development. Stamping dies are one of the industries that can be recycled. The scope of application of molds is extremely wide. In many light industries, many parts need to be produced according to the molds, and along with people's various needs, more and more stamping molds are needed to bring us convenience. In the current society, the development of stamping dies, precision, and the service life of the dies are already the most influential benchmarks for measuring the level of mechanization in a country. Large-scale car cover, small-to-one-control 3C digital products, are inseparable from the development of stamping dies. With the improvement of product quality, it is also necessary to strictly regulate the precision of the mold structure so as to achieve efficient development of the mold. The die stage is comparatively frontier. Currently, it has integrated mechanical engineering, computer application, automatic control, and numerical control technology. It is a comparatively comprehensive discipline.
In this design, I read through a large number of mold design data. In the design and application of gasket molds, compared with the previous design methods, the extensive application of molds has made the quality of the products tremendous. Upgrading, innovative ideas and requirements for molds must follow the pace of modernization, and need to be combined with future development..
