本设计为车削轴零件的加工说明书，目标是一个车削轴零件，设计中涉及到了普通机床车削加工的大部分知识，将零件图纸的设计，刀具和量具的选择，以及加工工艺路线设计及走刀路线的说明，零件切削加工等绝大多数普通加工知识完整地罗列出，全程介绍普车切削加工工艺，及零件加工的详细思路，通过本说明书，充分展现出普通车床加工工艺的高精度，高效率等特点。

Abstract
The processing instructions this graduation design as the transmission mechanism of the special part, the target is a special type of complexes containing the inner screw thread shaft sleeve,which involved the design of most of NC turning machining knowledge, design the parts drawing, cutting tool and measuring tool selection, processing technology and process design and tool path description, component machining thevast majority of NC knowledge complete list, full introduction of NC machining process,with ideas and parts processing, through the instructions, and fully demonstrated the high precision CNC machining process features high efficiency, etc..
