摘要
本次课程设计题目是轴阶套的机械加工工艺夹具设计。内容有:零件的分析、工艺规程设计和夹具设计。这是我们在学完了大学的全部基础课,专业基础课以及专业课之后进行的一个实践性环节,是我们应用所学基础理论、专业知识与技能去分析和解决生产实际问题的一次综合训练。
我希望通过这次课程设计能巩固、扩大和强化自己所学到的理论知识与技能,提高自己设计计算、制图、编写技术文件的能力,学会正确使用技术资料、标准、手册等工具书,并在设计中培养自己理论联系实际、严肃认真的工作作风和独立工作能力,为以后进行设计和后从事技术工作打下一个良好的基矗
Abstract
This curriculum designs the topic is the machine-finishing craft which the tractor speed change dials forks and forks the foot two end surface milling fixture design. The content includes: Components analysis, technological process design and jig design. This was we in study university's complete basic course, after specialized fundamental course as well as professional course carried on a practical link, was we applies studies the basic theory, the specialized knowledge and the skill analyzes and a solution production actual problem integrated training.
I hoped designs the theory knowledge and the skill through this curriculum which can consolidate, expand and strengthens oneself learns, enhances oneself design calculation, the charting, compilation technology document ability, learns to use reference books correctly and so on technical data, standard, handbook, and raises oneself apply theory to reality, the serious earnest work style and independent working ability in the design, will carry on the graduation project after later and graduates is engaged in the technical work to build a good foundation.
Because ability is limited, the design still remaining has many deficiencies, hoped fellow teachers give advise.
