A421定位盘加工工艺编制及钻孔夹具设计
【摘要】定位盘的专用夹具设计,其介绍了专用夹具的一般设计原则。设计原则与设计方法来看,几乎所有的机械产品都遵循这些规则。不同的公司,不同的客户要求,不同的专用夹具精度,不同的加工工艺,虽然都有其不同的设计理论与设计依据,其中大部分规则,方法都是相通。本设计前期我主要介绍了专用夹具的准备工作,之后又讲述了专用夹具设计的理论知道及其常用的软件与设计技巧,接着介绍了定位盘镗孔夹具设计主要过程与参考,中间配插了专用夹具设计参数化实体图片。总的来说,专用夹具无外乎包括三大机构:定位机构、夹紧机构和引导机构。在介绍定位机构时,重点介绍了定位机构的常用定位元件大小及使用原则。具体设计请查看定位盘夹具设计工程图,里面很多参数化设计与设计依据与上面介绍的大体相同。有些地方,设计原则与设计方法是死,运用在不同的产品或产品的不同地方,会稍做调整。活学活用所学习的知识,才能更快的适应新时代产品的夹具设计。随着产品设计师技术水平的提高,随着夹具加工工艺的改进,夹具加工设备更新换代,夹具结构只能越来越人性化,越越高精专化,夹具人才的含金量也会越来越高。

[Abstract] The special fixture design of the positioning disk introduces the general design principles of the special fixture. In terms of design principles and design methods, almost all mechanical products follow these rules. Different companies, different customer requirements, different special fixture accuracy, different processing processes, although there are different design theories and design bases, most of which are connected to the rules and methods. In the early stage of this design, I mainly introduced the preparation work of the special fixture, and then described the theory of the special fixture design and its common software and design techniques. Then I introduced the main process and reference for the design of the boring fixture of the positioning disk. A parameterized entity image of a special fixture design is inserted in the middle. In general, the special fixture includes only three major institutions: positioning mechanism, clamping mechanism and guiding mechanism. In introducing the positioning mechanism, this paper mainly introduces the commonly used positioning element size and the principle of using the positioning mechanism. For detailed design, please check the design drawings of the positioning disc fixture. Many of the parameterized design and design bases are roughly the same as those described above. In some places, design principles and design methods are dead, and they are used in different products or different parts of products. They will be slightly adjusted.
