摘要
挖掘装载机具有特殊的结构,前方为装载机构,后方为挖掘机构。在施工场地内,只要转动一下座椅,就可以改变工作端。挖掘装载机多数用于城市和农村的道路建设、铺设电缆、电力建设工程、开山取石和各种小型建筑队所从事的建筑施工工程。挖掘装载机属于小型多功能工程机械的一种,一般在大工程完成后的小工程中使用。它可配多种工作机构和辅具,进行挖掘、铲装、路面破碎、平整场地、开挖沟渠、铺设管道等多种作业。此次设计以ZL10装载机为基础,将装载机构放在车尾,从头设计。另外,在车头加了一个挖掘机构。使其既拥有装载能力,还具有挖掘功能,实现了一机两用的目的。在设计过程中,我一直本着经济性好、适应性强、构造简略的根本准则。为了使零件的功用尽可能的好,我借鉴了浙江福威重工制造有限公司和柳工生产的CLG766型挖掘装载机。此次设计的内容有以下几个要点:
1、整机方案的确定和参数的选用;
2、工作机构的设计,其中包括铲斗、动臂、摇臂、连杆设计和动臂油缸、摇臂油缸的选取等;
3、工作机构有关零件的强度校核;
4、总体稳定性校核;

Abstract
The excavating loader has a special structure, the front is the loading mechanism, the rear is the excavation mechanism. In the construction site, the job can be changed by turning the seat. Most of the excavating loader for urban and rural road construction, laying cable, electric power construction project, first take Shi Yihe all sorts of all sorts of small builders are engaged in construction engineering. The excavating loader is a kind of small, multi-functional engineering machine, which is usually used in small projects after big projects. It can be equipped with various kinds of work and accessories, which can be excavated, shovelled, broken surface, flat ground, excavated ditches and laid pipes, etc. The design is based on the ZL10 loader, which will be placed on the rear of the car and designed from scratch. In addition, a mining body is added to the engine. It also possesses the ability to load, and also has the mining function, realizing the purpose of a machine. In the course of design, I have always been in the basic principle of good economy, strong adaptability and simple construction. In order to make the function of the parts as good as possible, I borrowed from zhejiang fuwei heavy industry manufacturing co., LTD., and the CLG766 type mining loader produced by liugong. Here are some of the highlights of the design:
The determination and selection of the whole machine plan;
The design of the work organization, including the bucket, movable arm, rocker arm, connecting rod design and movable arm oil cylinder, and the selection of swing arm oil cylinder, etc.
The strength of the relevant parts of the working body;
