摘要
我国工业高速发展的初期,国人过于盲目地追求产量,导致金属浪费的现象非常严重,且基本很少能够被回收利用,然而废金属对环境的污染巨大。随着我们国家经济的高速发展,社会的高度进步,人们开始对于节能环保越发地重视,而废料的回收利用,提高能源的利用率是环保节能的重要手段,所以废金属处理设备的需求也越来越大。现在我国电容器等铝箔的拉深件的使用量非常大,铝箔冲孔后下脚料的量也非常大。而这些下脚料经过清洗后能够被回收再重新回炉使用,而此时这些下脚料需要打包作业。故本文对铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备进行设计研究,该铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备采用立式结构设计,拥有占地面积,体积小,产量大、应用范围广泛等优点,可以实现接料、打包、送料等方式完成整个打包任务,实现回收打包自动化处理,这样可减少劳动成本,提高生产效率,减少工人的劳动强度,满足高强度的要求。本铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备主要由进料机构、打包机构、推料机构、控制系统等组成。

ABSTRACT
Early industry high-speed development in our country, the people too blindly pursue production, lead to metalwaste phenomenon isvery serious, and the basic rarely recycling, scrap metal pollution to the environment. With the rapid development of China's economy, the height of the social progress, people became interested in energy conservation and environmental protection, and recycling, improve the utilization rate of energy is an important means of environmental protection and energy saving, so the demand of the scrap metal processing equipment is becoming more and more big. Now our country capacitor foil deep drawing parts such as the use of large, aluminum foil after punching scraps from the quantity isvery big also. And these scraps can be recycled after cleaning oven use again, and then these scraps need packaging operations. Therefore, in this paper, aluminum foil punching scraps from the packaging equipment design research, the aluminum foil punching scraps from the packaging equipment adoptsvertical structure design, have area, small size, the advantages of highyield andwide application range, can realize material, packaging, feed and otherways to complete thewhole packaging tasks, to realize the automatic recycling packaging processing,which can reduce labor cost, improve production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity ofworkers, meet the requirements of high strength. This aluminum foil punching scraps from the packaging equipment is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, packaging mechanism, pushing mechanism, control system.
