自动坐便器设计
摘要
马桶正式名称为座便器,是大小便用的有盖的桶。马桶的发明被称为一项伟大的发明,它解决了人自身吃喝拉撒的进出问题。后来又演变为利用虹吸、螺旋虹吸,现在最新的喷射虹吸式和超旋虹吸式等原理的抽水马桶。也有人认为抽水马桶是万恶之源,因为它消耗了大量的生活用水。马桶的分类很多,有分体的,连体的。随着科技的发展,还出现了许多新奇的品种。
根据马桶盖的配套方式,还可分为普通马桶和智能马桶。智能马桶还可进一步分为自动换套智能马桶和非自动换套马桶,前者包含自动换套加冲洗、自动换套带冲洗和烘干等不同种类。
目前的坐便器一般是按照正常人使用进行设计的,但是有些残疾人由于腿脚不方便,迫切希望使用一种有助于改进操作的新型坐便器。本文设计了一种电动式的坐便器设计,残疾人士只需要按钮,即可完成坐垫的自动弹出,非常适合残疾人使用。

Abstract
Under the present situation of rising labor costs and the development of science and technology, more and more modern brick-making enterprises replace human work using automation equipment. Brick of traditional enterprise in the shape of the tiles from the cutting machine handling and code into the kiln car through the human. Brick production line has just out of adobe、 Adobe heavy humidity, Adobe high yield per unit time, The needs of handling and code in place, Lead to high labor intensity of the workers, not a brick laying quality, corporate human cost is high.
For the most part brick manufacturing enterprises, in the premise of material handling equipment and billet production equipment can meet the bottleneck restricting factors, is green on the kiln car manual palletizing.
Automatic laying adobe machine is used in the brick production line. Compared with the manual setting mode, it has the advantages of high production efficiency, good quality, brick laying program controllable.
The principle of automatic setting machine is introduced,the annual output of 60,000,000 brick manufacturing enterprises in the overall design of the automatic setting machine, and made a detailed design description the lifting and walking system.
