166F左箱体的加工工艺设计
摘要
166F左箱体用于专用的组合机床上,左箱体壳体是安装左箱体各机件的基础件,起到安装其他零部件、保护传动机构和盛装润滑液的作用。本主要是箱体的加工工艺及制造。主要涉及箱体毛坯的选用,以及使用数控加工中心对箱体进行铣削,孔加工。其中还包括箱体的材料选用,箱体的工艺过程,箱体的加工过程,刀具选用,刀具转速的确定以及切削进给量的确定。

Abstract
166F left case for the specific combination of machine tools, cabinet shell is left installed base member left case parts of all, play a role in other parts of the installation to protect the transmission and containing lubricating fluid. This paper is mainly processing and manufacturing cabinet. Mainly related to the choice of the box blank, and the use of CNC machining center for milling casing, hole machining. Which also includes a housing material selection, process box, box processing, tool selection, tool speed and cutting feed to determine the amount of determination.
