摘要:组合机床是以通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件,对一种或若干种工件按预先确定的工序进行加工的机床。汽车变速箱体有前后两个端面需要进行孔加工,为了提高效率,我们采用双面钻孔组合机床对它们同时进行加工。双面钻孔组合机床是针对在工件两相对表面进行钻孔加工而设计的一种高效自动化专用加工设备。本书为EQ-140汽车变速箱后端面钻孔组合机床设计说明书,着重介绍了变速箱体后端面钻孔专用组合机床设计过程,包括总体方案的制定,组合机床工序图、加工示意图、尺寸联系图及生产率计算卡的绘制(即三图一卡),多轴箱传动与结构的设计以及夹具的设计及液压原理图和PLC控制图的设计。

Abstract: The modular machine is based on currency component, though depending on a few specialty component. It is a machine that can produce one or several kinds of workpieces at a pre-determined procedures for the processing.. A Gearbox of automobile has two Face the to be drilled, in order to improve efficiency, We use a double-drilling machine on their portfolio while processing. The book is the design brochure for the back end of EQ-140 automobile gearbox.It emphasizes on the design of the machine, including the development of the overall program, modular machine processes map, processing sketch map , the contacting size diagram and the calculation card about the rate of production (that is three maps one card), the transmission of more axleboxes and structural design and fixture design for machine tool and the hydraulic diagram and PLC control chart design.
