摘要
模具是以特定的结构形式通过一定方式使材料成型的一种工业产品,同时也是能成批生产出具有一定形状和尺寸要求的工业产品零部件的一种生产工具。大到飞机、汽车,小到茶杯、钉子,几乎所有的工业产品都必须依靠模具成型。用模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高一致性、高生产率是任何其它加工方法所不能比拟的。模具在很大程度上决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品开发能力。所以模具又有“工业之母”的荣誉称号。
模具设计与制造专业的培养目标是:培养德、智、体、美等方面全面发展,具有良好的职业素质,面向制造行业,从事模具设计、模具加工工艺编制、冲压和塑料成型加工、数控机床的操作以及生产管理等工作的高等技术应用性专门人才。体现为制造方面达到模具制造的补师水平,设计方面达到助理设计师的水平
在本设计中,桶盖作为日常用品适宜采用注射方法成型,通过对塑件进行结构和工艺性分析,设计出一套一模一腔的塑料注射模具,并合理编写出成型零件的制造工艺。在设计中,三维软件的应用贯穿到了整个设计过程,首先利用三维软件的零件模块进行桶盖实体模型的创建,然后利用其制造模块对模型进行分模、型芯的设计、浇注系统的设计,最后利用其模具生成标准模架,再进行顶杆、冷却系统、支撑柱等综合布置。在模具的设计过程中,一些重要的尺寸(如壁厚,顶杆直径,流道尺寸等)都经过了理论计算或取一个合理的经验数值,并进行了强度校核和流道剪切速率的校核。

Abstract
Die is a kind of industrial product which makes the material shape by a certain way in a specific structure form. It is also a kind of production tool that can produce industrial product parts with certain shape and size requirements in batches. From airplanes and cars to teacups and nails, almost all industrial products must be molded. The high precision, high consistency and high productivity of the parts manufactured by mould are incomparable with any other processing method. To a large extent, mold determines product quality, efficiency and new product development capability. Therefore, the mold has the honor of the mother of industry.
The training goal of mold design and manufacturing specialty is to cultivate all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, with good professional quality, and to apply advanced technology in mold design, mold processing technology preparation, stamping and plastic forming processing, CNC machine tool operation and production management, etc. for manufacturing industry. Professional talents. Embodies the level of makeup for mold manufacturing, and reaches the level of assistant designer in design.
In this design, the barrel cover is suitable for injection molding as a daily product. By analyzing the structure and process of the plastic parts, a set of plastic injection mold with one mold and one cavity is designed, and the manufacturing process of the molding parts is reasonably prepared. In the design, the application of three-dimensional software runs through the whole design process. First, the solid model of the barrel cover is created by the parts module of three-dimensional software, then the model is divided into molds, the core is designed and the gating system is designed by the manufacturing module. Finally, the standard mold frame is generated by the mold, and then the ejector is made. The cooling system, supporting columns and other comprehensive layout. In the process of die design, some important dimensions (such as wall thickness, plunger diameter, runner size, etc.) have been calculated theoretically or taken a reasonable empirical value, and strength checking and runner shear rate checking have been carried out.
