摘要
塑料是以高聚物为主要成分的物质,它的特点是重量轻,比较坚固,耐化学腐蚀性和电绝缘性优良,市场上塑料价格相对便宜,具有不错的可塑性,在电脑、手机、汽车、医疗器械、电器、家电和通讯产品制造中有着广泛的应用。通常塑件是用塑料熔体注射进注射模具的行腔中形成的。注射模具有很多优点,比如成型效率高、生产出的塑件一致性好,可以自动化操作,可以大量生产复杂零件,加工成本不高。本次设计的产品为弯管接头,它的特点是重量轻,强度高,耐腐蚀,易清洁,适合大批量生产。要完成本次设计,首先要先分析塑件的工业特点,然后确定其注射成型原理,选择合适的注射机和模架。然后要确定模具的分型面、型腔数目、流道结构、浇口形式和位置。接着要确定塑件在模具中的位置,从而才能选择模具内部零件结构,和塑件的固定形式。然后根据这些设计模具的脱模、推出等机构。最后要完成一份模具设计的装配图、三维图和一份设计报告。
