本文进行了秸秆打捆机的设计。本文首先讨论了秸秆压缩理论的研究与进展,特别是秸秆压缩过程及压缩力的变化及计算,为打捆机的设计提供了理论支持。并通过实地考察对现有的方捆打捆机有了一定的了解。
我国是世界上最大的玉米生产国和消费国,已形成长江流域、黄河流域和西北内陆三太玉米主产区,据统计,2007年全国玉米种植面积548万公顷,约产玉米秸秆2000万吨。日前,由于人工收获秸秆强度丈,又缺乏规模化收获适用设备,在现有种植生产模式下,除部分还田外,剩余秸秆随意丢弃或就地焚烧,既浪费资源叉污染环境。而秸秆是一种术质化程度高、韧皮纤维丰富的硬秸秆,容重、热值高,已成为我国生物质发电的主要燃料之一。因此,
本文在现有机具的基础上,根据我国的实际需要,综合考虑了现有秸秆压缩理论,运用现代设计方法对打捆机进行了改进设计。

Abstract
In China is the world's largest corn producer and consumer, has formed the Yangtze river, the Yellow River and northwest inland too major corn producing areas, according to statistics, in 2007 the national corn planting area of 5.48 million hectares, about 20 million tons of corn stover. A few days ago, because human harvest straw intensity, and lack of suitable equipment, large-scale in the existing plant production mode, in addition to the returning part, residual straw discarded or burned in situ and waste resource fork pollute the environment. And straw is a kind of high degree of qualitative, bast fiber rich hard straw, bulk density, high calorific value, has become one of the main fuel of biomass power generation in China. Therefore, this article has carried on the design of straw baling machine. This article first discusses the straw compression theory research and progress, especially the straw compression process and the change of compression force and calculation, it provides theoretical supports for the design of the baler. And through the on-the-spot investigation of the existing party bundle of baling machine had certain understanding.
In this paper, on the basis of the existing machine, based on the actual needs of our country, considering the existing straw compression theory, using the modern design methods of baling machine was improved.
