秸秆打捆机的设计
摘要
我国自古以来就是农业大国,拥有广袤的土地,人民在从事农业生产活动中不仅获得了粮食,还获得了很多的秸秆资源。秸秆作为可再生资源,在我国大部分地区都没有得到重视,其使用情况更是不容乐观,大部分地区的做法是将秸秆在田地里直接粉碎还田,有些地区甚至将秸秆就地焚烧,不仅会影响气候环境使全球变暖,甚至有的时候会引发山林大火,危机人民的生命安全,也造成了资源浪费。而秸秆作为资源使用的前提是要能够易于收集、运输。为此需要设计一款符合中国实际情况的秸秆打捆机。为此本文是针对现有的YY5080型秸秆打捆机进行改进设计。
本文开头先分析了我国目前秸秆资源的利用情况及打捆机的发展趋势,研究的背景和意义;对国内外秸秆打捆机的发展状况进行了简要介绍。设计的主要内容包括对秸秆打捆机的捡拾装置进行改进,加宽了捡拾机构的作业幅度及在原有弹齿的基础上增加了软弹齿,田地里的秸秆被清理的更加干净,提高了捡拾效率。改善了喂入装置,增强了喂入装置的推送能力。针对上述改进对打捆机的整机结构进行了调整。对打捆机的传动系统进行计算及校核。并运用CAD软件进行辅助设计。该机采用拖拉机后悬挂的方式进行牵引,结构简单,体积也相对较小,性能良好,容易操作,适合我国这种小农经济社会。

Design of Straw Bale Machine
Abstract
China has been an agricultural country since ancient times, with a vast land, people engaged in agricultural production activities not only obtained food, but also obtained a lot of straw resources. Straw as a renewable resource in our country, most areas have not been ignored, its usage is not optimistic, most of the region, it is straw returning directly crushing in the fields, some areas even burned straw in situ, that global warming will not only affect climate environment, sometimes even cause wildfires, crisis of people's life safety, It is also a waste of resources. The premise of using straw as a resource is to be easy to collect and transport. Therefore, we need to design a straw baler suitable for China's national conditions. Therefore, this paper is aimed at the existing YY5080 straw baler to improve the design.
At the beginning of this paper, the utilization of straw resources in China and the development trend of baling machine are analyzed, and the background and significance of the research are also analyzed. The development of straw baler at home and abroad is briefly introduced. The main content of the design includes improving the picking device of the straw baler, broadening the scope of the picking mechanism and adding soft picking teeth on the basis of the original picking teeth, so that the straw in the field is cleaned more cleanly and the picking efficiency is improved. The feeding device is added to enhance the feeding capacity of the baler. In view of the above improvement, the whole structure of the baler is adjusted. Design and check the driving system and main parts of the baling machine. CAD software is used to assist the design. This machine adopts the way of tractor rear suspension traction, simple structure, relatively small volume, good performance, easy to operate, suitable for our country this kind of smallholder economy and society.
