果蔬三维切丁机切片部件的研究与设计
摘要:蔬菜,如萝卜、马铃薯、青菜等,含水分高且外形形状不规则,且质地有所不同,因而给其机械装夹,切丁作业带来不便。针对国内现有切丁机械切丁大小限制及其切丁形状的要求,在分析了国外切丁机械的基础上,结合其物料特性,设计了一种新型果蔬三维切丁机满足企业的需求。
课题来源于泰州市科技攻关项目(BE2008385),针对现有切丁机不能切大丁,切丁形状不规则这一难点进行分析。切丁机切丁过程分为切片、切丝和切丁三个步骤,大大提高了生产效率。切片机构采用带有挡板的旋转滚筒作为进料装置,依靠固定在滚筒外壁的定刀实现切片动作。利用离心力实现物料的夹紧,适用于各种形状和大小的物料。

Study and Design of the slicing component in three Dimension Fruit and Vegetable Dicer
Abstract:Vegetables such as carrots, potatoes etc. with high water and irregular shape, and texture are different, and thus cause inconvenience to its mechanical clamping and dicing operating. The thesis is directed towards to domestic existing dicing machinery dice size limits and shap requirements, in the basis of analyzing the abroad dicing machenical device, integrating its material- characteristic, has designed a new kind of fruits and vegetables three-dimension dicing machines to satisfy the demands of enterprises.
The thesis topic comes from Taizhou scientific and technological project (BE2008385), directed towards analysising the this difficult that existing machines can not cut large dices,irregularly shaped.The process of dicing will be divided into three steps:slices,strip cuts and dices which greatly raised the production efficiency. Slicing Organizations has adopted a rotary drum with a baffle as a feed device, relying on the fixed knife on outer cylinder realize the slicing action. The use of centrifugal force to achieve the clamping materials,is applicable to a variety of shapes and sizes of materials.
