汽车轮胎拆装机的设计
摘要:伴随这世界领域内汽车车辆的迅猛飞速的发展,车辆的轮胎部件的装配机拆卸机械设备的用量也在大幅度的增加,就目前的发展而言的话,我们国家的装配机拆卸机械设备和西方的发达国家相比还是存在一定的差距,具体的劣势会体现在设备的作业可靠性能差、使用的寿命比较短、作业性能不是很稳定,出现故障的几率大、以及整体的自动化作业水平比较低下。本文的研究半自动类型的装配机拆卸机械设备,设备的转盘部件的转动作业是依靠电机部件进行驱动,轮胎部件的松开动作和抓紧动作是通过气动予以完成。本文设计研究的此产品具有外形结构简易、使用十分的方便、价格比较合适等一系列的优点,能够广泛的用于车辆的修配领域当中。

pick Want: with the rapid development of automobile in the world, the amount of assembly machine and disassembly machinery and equipment for tire parts of vehicle is also increasing greatly. In terms of current development, there is still a certain gap between our country's assembly machine and disassembly machinery and equipment and western developed countries. The specific disadvantage will be reflected in the poor reliability of equipment operation , the service life is relatively short, the operation performance is not very stable, the probability of failure is large, and the overall level of automation operation is relatively low. In this paper, the research and design of semi-automatic assembly machine dismantling mechanical equipment, the rotating operation of the rotating parts of the equipment is driven by the motor parts, and the loosening action and grasping action of the tire parts are completed by pneumatic. The product designed and researched in this paper has a series of advantages, such as simple structure, very convenient use, relatively suitable price, etc. it can be widely used in the field of vehicle repair.
