摘要
本次设计内容涉及了机械制造工艺及机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。
此次设计任务是对拨叉831003零件的加工工艺、夹具设计,在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺再设计出毛坯的结构,并选择好零件的加工基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算,关键是决定出各个工序的工艺装备及切削用量;该工件由于上端面和底槽均与花键孔中心有位置关系,因此在工序安排上,先加工花键孔,再通过花键孔定位加工底槽和上端面,最后攻螺纹孔,其中各种夹具均采用专用夹具,由于该零件的尺寸小,所需的夹紧力不大,因此都采用手动夹紧,它的机构设计简单、方便,且满足夹紧要求。

In the process design,we should first analyze the part, understand the process of the part, then design the structure of the blank, select the processing benchmark of the part, and design the process route of the part; then calculate the size of each step of the part, the key is to determine the process equipment of each process Because the upper end face and bottom groove of theworkpiece have position relationshipwith the center of spline hole, in the process arrangement, firstly process the spline hole, then locate the bottom groove and upper end face through the spline hole, and finally tap the threaded hole. All kinds of fixtures are special fixtures. Due to the small size of the part and the small clamping force required, manual clamping is adopted The structure design is simple and convenient, and meets the clamping requirements.
