KST1002换挡拨叉的加工工艺及钻Φ5H12圆柱孔夹具设计
摘要
在现代化的生产里面,因为非标零件越来越多,保证非标零件能够得到很好的加工要求的保障就是专用夹具。专用夹具在现代化的生产中非常重要,是生产主力军中不可或缺的一部分。
本次设计写的题目是KST1002换挡拨叉的加工工艺及钻Φ5H12圆柱孔夹具设计。本次设计的主要任务分为两部分:1、零件加工工艺规程的设计;2、Φ5H12圆柱孔专用钻床夹具的设计。
一开始进行设计的时候,我翻阅了很多相关的材料,对于夹具怎么进行定位,怎么进行夹紧等等相关的知识都了解了一下,还有对于夹具现在的状况的有关知识进行了全面的了解。本次设计的主要内容有:对零件结构的分析,确定零件的制造形式,绘制零件图和毛坯图;然后对每一个步进行计算,确定切削用量,编写加工工艺过程卡和加工工序卡;确定加工工序的定位方案和夹紧方案,选择定位元件和夹紧元件等,对其定位误差进行分析;绘制夹具装配图及所有非标零件图;撰写设计说明书,对本次设计进行总结。

Abstract
In modern production, because more and more non-standard parts, to ensure that non-standard parts can bevery good processing requirements of the guarantee is a special fixture. Special fixture isvery important in modern production, and is an integral part of the main production force.
The topic of this design is the processing technology of KST1002 shift fork and the design of drill hole 5H12. The main tasks of this design are divided into two parts: 1. The design of parts processing procedures; 2. The design of special drilling fixture for cylinder hole of 5H12.
At the beginning of the paper design, I looked through a lot of related materials, for the fixture how to locate, how to clamp and other related knowledge have a look, aswell as the current situation of the fixture for a comprehensive understanding of the relevant knowledge. The main contents of this design include: analyzing the structure of the parts, determining the manufacturing form of the parts, drawing part drawings and blank drawings; then calculating each step to determine the cutting parameters, compiling the processing process card and processing process card; determining the positioning and clamping program of the processing procedures, selecting the positioning components and blank drawings. Fixture components, such as its positioning error analysis; draw fixture assembly drawings and all non-standard parts drawings;write design instructions, to summarize the design.
