阀腔体机械加工工艺与钻4-M12工序夹具设计
摘要
在“一带一路”的利好形势下,国内的机械加工以及制造业发展飞速,无论是加工效率还是加工精度均进入快车道。非标零件也越来越多,保证其加工精度和生产效率的利器之一就是夹具的设计和制造,在对其进行夹具设计之前还需对其进行加工工艺规程的设计和确定。因此,本次设计主要对机械加工工艺规程以及钻4-M12工序专用夹具进行分析和设计。本次设计以阀腔体作为研究对象,该零件是液压系统上重要的零件之一,保证其正常的工作,实现液压系统运动和动力的输出等。
在对机械加工工艺规程设计之前,完成前期的调研掌握设计的基础知识,把握设计的重点、难点以及设计方向等。完成零件用途的分析、对零件材料进行特性分析,依据任务书和零件结构,选择较为合适的制造方式以及生产类型。完成工艺路线和装备的选取,计算主要的加工参数,填写工艺卡和工序卡等。专用夹具设计钻床夹具,加工4-M12螺纹孔。主要设计定位方案、夹紧方案;选取了定位元件和夹紧元件;设计了夹具体;选择了导向装置并完成相应的计算和分析等

Abstract
Under the favorable situation of the"Belt and Road",the domestic machineryprocessing and manufacturing industryare developing rapidly,and both the processing efficiencyand processing accuracyhave entered the fast lane.There are also more and more non-standard parts.One of the tools that guarantees its machining accuracyand production efficiencyis the design and manufacture of fixtures.Before designing fixtures,it is necessaryto design and determine the process specifications.Therefore,this design mainlyanalyzes and designs the machining process specifications and special fixtures for the 4-M12 process.This design takes thevalve cavityas the research object.This part is one of the important parts on the hydraulic system to ensure its normalwork and realize the movement and power output of the hydraulic system.
Before designing the machining process specifications,complete the preliminaryinvestigation to master the basic knowledge of the design,grasp the keypoints,difficulties,and design directions of the designplete the analysis of the purpose of the part,analyze the characteristics of the part material,and choose a more appropriate manufacturing method and production type according to the task book and part structureplete the process route and equipment selection,calculate the main processing parameters,fill in the process card and process card,etc.Special fixture design drill fixture,machining 4-M12 threaded holes.Mainlydesign positioning scheme and clamping scheme; select positioning element and clamping element; design clamp specific; choose guide device and complete corresponding calculation and analysis,etc.
