摘要
随着科学技术的进步和社会的发展,粉末螺杆灌装机广泛应用于食品、冶金、化工农药等行业,近年来食品行业高速发展,填充机械超过一半用于食品包装。尽管使用自动化设备提高了包装的效率,并降低了劳动力成本,但通过仔细研究包装生产数据,我们发现包装的精度却逐年下降。本文在PLC控制器的基础上,介绍了以步进电机作为驱动,螺杆进给为基础的粉剂填充机构,既提高了包装效率,还提高了填充的稳定性。
本文先介绍了粉剂填充机构的机械结构和工作原理,填充机采用了步进电机驱动螺杆进行定量填充,螺杆式粉剂填充机的结构简单,效率高,主要原理是通过控制螺杆的旋转一周填充的体积和旋转的时间来控制填充粉剂的重量,通过选择步进电机,电机的转速由输入的脉冲频率决定,因此可以通过改变输入脉冲的频率来改变填充的重量,达到满足多种产品的填充要求。这种填充机不仅效率高,而且极大地降低了劳动力成本,减少了有毒有害粉剂颗粒对劳动者的伤害,精度也能达到一定要求。

Abstract
With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society, powder screw filling machines arewidely used in food, metallurgy, chemical pesticides and other industries. In recentyears, the food industry has developed rapidly, and more than half of the filling machinery is used for food packaging. Although the use of automated equipment has improved the efficiency of packaging and reduced labor costs, through careful study of packaging production data,we found that the accuracy of packaging is decreasingyear byyear. Based on the PLC controller, this paper introduces the powder filling mechanism based on stepping motor as the driving and screw feeding,which not only improves the packaging efficiency, but also improves the filling stability.
This paper first introduces the mechanical structure andworking principle of the powder filling mechanism. The filling machine adopts the stepping motor to drive the screw for quantitative filling. The screw type powder filling machine has simple structure and high efficiency. The main principle is to fill the rotation of the screw by one rotation. Thevolume and rotation time to control theweight of the filling powder. The speed of the motor is determined by the input pulse frequency by the selection of the stepping motor. Therefore, the fillingweight can be changed by changing the frequency of the input pulse to achieve the filling ofvarious products. Claim. The filling machine not only has high efficiency, but also greatly reduces the labor cost, reduces the damage of the toxic and harmful powder particles to the laborer, and the precision can also meet certain requirements.
