Φ20凸缘手柄座三维建模与数控加工自动编程仿真
摘要
本有效的将理论知识运用与实践,合理有效地分析和解决了一些理论和实践中产生的问题。数控机床的广泛使用给机械制造业生产方式、产业结构、管理方式带来深刻的变化,它的关联效益和辐射能力更是难以估计。数控技术及数控装备是关系到国家战略地位和体现国家综合国力水平的重要基础性产为,实现加工机床及生产过程数控化,已经成为当今制造业的发展方向。
此次设计的φ20凸缘手柄座零件由凸台、孔、键槽、螺纹、圆弧等组成,通地次的毕为设计,我掌握了建模绘图、编写加工工艺、自动编程等等这些专业知识,还得到很多老师的指导,我也从老师身上学到了很多不西,使我更加深入地了解了数控机床在社会上的地位。

Abstract
This paper apply the theoretical knowledge and practice of effective, reasonable and effective to analyze and solve the issues of theory and practiceC machine toolwidely used for machinery manufacturing production mode, industrial structure, management mode brings profound changes, its associated benefits and radiation ability is difficult to estimate.Numerical control technology and numerical control equipment is related to the national strategic status and reflect the national comprehensive national strength level of the important basis for the production, realize the numerical control machine tools and production process, has become the development direction of today's manufacturing.
The graduation design of phi flange handle 20 parts by convex platform, hole, slotting, thread, arc and so on, by time finish for the design, drawing,writing, I mastered the modeling process, automatic programming, and so on the specialized knowledge, also get a lot of the teacher's guidance, I also learned a lot from the teacher notwest, makes me more in-depth understanding of the nc machine tools in social status.
