手指关节功能康复仪的设计
摘要
生活中由于中风、脑偏瘫、半身不遂、手指烧伤等导致手指关节不能自由活动,需要时间长但频率较高的多次按摩才能最终康复。目前,连续被动活动(Continuous Passive Motion,简称CPM)理论正在进入临床实践并被广大康复医师所接受。针对患者手部康复治疗需要,为了给手外伤患者提供一个用于手指功能康复的仪器,给手外科康复医师提供一个临床研究的仪器设备,提高手功能康复治疗的自动化、智能化水平,根据现代医学护理工作要求经济、实用、功能多和携带方便等因素,针对连续被动活动装置在手功能康复中应用的特点与难点,本文围绕手指关节功能康复仪的康复原理、装置的结构设计与尺度综合、机械系统设计、康复仪的运动学和动力学等技术进行了深入研究,最终设计了这种手指关节功能康复仪,它可以实现:1、手指的屈伸运动;2、手部按摩功能;3、手指血液循环的促进;4、大脑神经的刺激和保剑该装置以凸轮的自传和水平往复运动合成的复合运动实现手指的屈伸,用凸轮边缘表面镶嵌的小滚珠和柔性托板来实现对手指的按摩功能;利用红外线对人和生物体有热效应,促进血液循环和新陈代谢,从而使人的疾病得到医治和促进人的健康;最后,利用磁场的治疗功能,调整神经功能。

Abstract
Life as stroke, cerebral paralysis, paraplegia, burn fingers as a result of finger joints can not move freely,it requires a long time but the high frequency of multiple massage to getwell.At present, continuous passive motion(called CPM) theory is in clinical practice and it is accepted by the general rehabilitation physician. As required of the fingers for the rehabilitation of patients,in order to provide a functional rehabilitation equipment for the finger for patients,to provide a clinical research equipment for hand surgery rehabilitation physician,improve hand function rehabilitation automation and intelligence,according to modern medical care for economy, practical, functional and easy to carry so many factors,continuous passive motion devices for rehabilitation of hand function in the application of the characteristics and difficulties, this paper focuses on joint function recovery instrument finger recovery principle, structuredesign and dimensional synthesis, mechanical system design, rehabilitation apparatus of the kinematics and dynamics techniques in-depth study,final design of this finger joint functional recovery apparatus,it can be achieved: 1, finger flexion and extension; 2、finger massage function;3, promote finger blood circulation; 4, brain nerve stimulation and health care. The autobiography and the horizontal reciprocating movement of the device to the cam to achieve finger in flexion and extensio,cam surface mount the small ball and soft board to achieve finger massage function;;use of infrared thermal effects on humans and organisms,promote blood circulation and metabolism,Thus making the disease can be treated and promoting good healthy; finally, the use of magnetic therapy function, adjust the nerve function.
