摘要
汽车是我国比较开产量较大的国家,然而,我们在汽车生产工作中,也就是汽车组装维修生产过程中。这样的设计能够实现生产的安全性和液压升降台的可靠性发展,考虑到了现在国内生产的使用的液压升降台的功能来优化这次的设,从汽车的优势作用上来改进普通结构的形式,设计优化液压升降台的结构形式,改变原有的阻碍性问题,从根本上解决现在汽车遇到的问题,更是在安全的角度考虑会达到一个可靠的操作过程等优点。
本次所做的液压升降台的设计,主要做的是液压升降台结构的总体设计,以及主要部件合理性使用的设计,本设计对液压升降台整体结构和液压升降台的支撑作用零部件结构进行了动力的分析,然后对液压升降台结构的工艺性的尺寸进行整体的综合分析,最后设计中对液压升降台进行受力能力的分析以及升降液压台的强度计算校核。在这次的液压升降台的设计中,让我对汽车有了一定的了解,有会液压升降台的工作原理等有更加深入的理解,还在别的方面学到了很多。

Considering the function of the hydraulic lifting table used in the domestic production,we optimize this design, improve the form of common structure from the advantage of the car, design and optimize the structural form of the hydraulic lifting table, change the original obstacles, and fundamentally solve the problems encountered by the car now The problem of securitywill achieve a reliable operation process and other advantages.
The design of the hydraulic lifting platform mainly focuses on the overall design of the structure of the hydraulic lifting platform and the design of the rational use of the main components.
