渐开线斜齿轮加工工艺及工装设计
【摘要】本设计主要内容是对渐开线斜齿轮的加工工艺路线进行设计和研究,其中包括了各道工序的加工方法以及选择合适的刀具、机床、夹具,选取基准面,定位和夹紧方案,对其中的一道工序设计专用夹具。端面、齿面和内孔为斜齿轮的主要加工表面,按照先面后孔的原则进行设计。夹具方面选取专用夹具,夹紧刚性高,合适大批量生产的情况。此次设计主要内容在于如何简化加工工序,降低加工难度,从而完成提高产品加工效率的目的。

【Abstract】The main content of this design is to design and study the processing route of the involute helical gear, including the processing methods of each process and selecting the appropriate tool, machine tool, fixture, selecting the reference plane, positioning and clamping scheme, One of the process design special fixtures. The end face, the tooth face and the inner hole are the main machining surfaces of the helical gear, and are designed according to the principle of the front face and the rear hole. Special fixtures are selected for the fixtures, and the clamping rigidity is high,which is suitable for mass production. The main content of this design is how to simplify the processing process and reduce the processing difficulty, thus achieving the purpose of improving the processing efficiency of the product.
