摘要
本文以黑豆挑选机为研究对象,主要研究内容:在黑豆特性和力学特性研究结果的基础上,确定黑豆选机的总体结构和关键结构参数,开展黑豆挑选机的结构设计,并分析主要零部件的受力情况,得到工作过程中驱动力矩的变化规律和最大驱动功率。
黑豆是世界上广泛栽培的主要油料和经济作物,市场需求巨大,同时也是主要的创汇农产品之一。针对这一问题,本文针对黑豆加工环节中的去杂质工序进行了机械化设计,设计本台黑豆挑选机。本黑豆挑选机采用两种精选方式达到精选目的,黑豆经过挑选机,首选经过风选,将较轻杂质吹出,然后经过筛选,将黑豆较重杂质过滤去。
本文首先分析原始参数,并以此参数设计并选定了电动机,然后对齿轮及轴进行了设计计算,对其它结构进行了详细设计,并绘制出整机装配图及零件图。
本文所设计的黑豆挑选机结构简单,操作方便。

Abstract
On the basis of the research results of the characteristics and mechanical properties of black beans, the paper determined the overall structure and key structural parameters of the black bean selection machine, carried out the structure design of the black bean selection machine, and analyzed the force situation of the main parts, and got the change rule of the driving torque during thework. And the maximum driving power.
Black bean is the main oil and economic cropwidely cultivated in theworld. The market demand is huge, and it is also one of the main agricultural products of foreign exchange.The black bean has a rich battalion to dealwith this problem. In this paper,we designed the process of black bean processing, and designed the black bean selection machine. The black bean selection machine is selected by two selection methods. The black bean is selected through the selection machine, the first choice is through thewind selection, the lighter impurities are blown out, and then the black bean is filtered through the filtration.
In this paper, the original parameters are analyzed, and the motor is designed and selected by these parameters. Then the gear and shaft are designed and calculated. The other structures are designed in detail, and the assembly drawing and part drawing are drawn.
The black bean sorting machine designed in this paper is simple in structure and easy to operate.
