零件三维图
摘要
数控技术是技术性极强的工作,尤其在机械加工领域应用最为广泛,所以这要求从业人员具有很高的机械加工工艺知识,数控编程知识和数控操作技能。此次的设计任务是对零件的加工工艺设计与程序编制及加工,利用绘图软件AutoCAD将零件的二维图画出来,然后用UG软件画出三维图形,再接着设计加工方案。方案的关键在于以生成最佳的刀具路径、利用最短的时间内加工出零件,且加工工序最优,加工出来的零件的工艺符合设计图纸的要求。根据这些要求选择最佳的加工工艺方案,填写工艺卡片,工序卡片。用软件编写加工程序,并且进行仿真验证得到加工效果图。

Abstract
Numerical control technology is a highly technicalwork, especially in the field of mechanical processing is the mostwidely used, so this requires practitioners to have machining process knowledge isvery high, CNC programming knowledge and skills. The design task is to the parts processing process design and programming and processing, the drawing software AutoCADwill be out of the picture parts in 2D, and then use UG software to draw the three-dimensional graphics, then several design schemes. The scheme is the key to generate the tool path, the best use of the shortest processing time of parts, and the processing procedure of optimal, processing out of the parts meet the requirements of design drawings. According to the requirements of processing scheme of the best choice, fill in the process cards, process cards. Using software to program the processing procedure, and carries on the simulationverification has been processing effect chart.
