小型葡萄除梗破碎机的设计
摘要
葡萄除梗破碎机是及葡萄除梗和破碎与一体的设备,主要用于葡萄酿造的过程中,对葡萄进行破碎和除梗。葡萄破碎的目的是使葡萄果粒破碎而释放出果汁。工作时,葡萄从料斗投入后,在输送螺旋的推动下进入除梗装置进行除梗。梗从出口排出,浆果从筛孔中排出并在缠绕在筛桶外壁上的螺旋的推动下落入破碎装置进行破碎,然后由排料装置排出
本次设计主要针对葡萄除梗破碎机进行设计。首先,通过对葡萄除梗破碎机结构及原理进行分析,在此分析基础上提出了总体结构方案;接着,对主要技术参数进行了计算选择;然后,对各主要零部件进行了设计与校核;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了葡萄除梗破碎机总装图、传动装置装配图及主要零部件图。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了普通机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件,对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。
