旁路式旋风除尘器设计
摘要
旋风除尘器是一种除尘设备,它一种利用离心力将粉尘颗粒从含尘气体中分离出来的装置。本主要设计了一种旁路式旋风除尘器,包括有除尘器的原理性的概述、整体结构、选材、关键零部件的强度校核以及安全防腐等。相比于一般的旋风除尘器,旁路式旋风除尘器多了一个螺旋旁路分离室,其对于5μm以下的粉尘颗粒有高效的除尘效果。
本次设计以经典旁路式旋风除尘器为基础,在指导老师的教导下和查阅大量有关除尘设备的资料,逐渐分步完善的。在的设计过程中,我深入学习了许多与化工、机械有关的知识,理解了主要影响旋风除尘效率的因素,了解了旋风除尘器的结构构造,也用CAD画出了零件、装配和说明样图等图纸,最后根据以前所学的专业知识和查阅了解化工类的知识,以及一些研究方法,综合设计出一款基本符合所给条件的旁路式旋风除尘器。

ABSTRACT
Cyclone dust collector is a kind of dedusting device, which uses centrifugal force to separate dust particles from dusty gas. This paper mainly designs a kind of bypass cyclone dust collector, including the principle overview of the dust collector, the overall structure, material selection, the strength check of the key parts and the safety anticorrosion and so on. Compared with the general cyclone dust collector, the bypass cyclone dust collector has a bypass separation chamber, which has an efficient dust removal effect for dust particles below 5 μ m.
This design is based on the classical bypass cyclone dust collector, under the guidance of the instructor and consult a large number of information about dust removal equipment, gradually improve the paper step by step. In the design process of this paper, I deeply studied a lot of knowledge related to chemical industry and machinery, understood the main factors affecting cyclone dust removal efficiency, and understood the structure of cyclone dust collector. The drawings of parts, assembly and description are also drawn with CAD. Finally, according to the relevant professional knowledge learned before, as well as some research methods, a bypass cyclone dust collector is designed, which basically meets the given conditions.
