随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车维修行业也在迅速发展。根据对修车举升机的了解,本人提出了一种适用于中国汽车维修行业的液压车辆升降机设计方案。
本文首先介绍了液压提升的目的,意义,现状的发展和前景。对液压举升机方案进行确认,分析和液压提升总体设计方案的。6t举升机机械部件的计算包括钢丝、轮、轴承等,液压和电动升降机构主要机械系统机构的分析和选择,以及举升机校核计算。图纸采用草图后出二维利用了AutoCAD软件。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile maintenance industry is also developing rapidly. According to the understanding of the car repair lift, I put forward a design scheme of hydraulicvehicle lift suitable for China's automobile maintenance industry.
This paper first introduces the purpose, significance, development and Prospect of hydraulic lifting. Confirm and analyze the scheme of hydraulic lift and analyze the overall design scheme of hydraulic lift. The calculation of the mechanical components of 6T lift includes steelwire,wheel, bearing, etc., the analysis and selection of main mechanical system of hydraulic and electric lifting mechanism, and the checking calculation of lift. After the drawing is made up of sketch, the AutoCAD software is used.
