泵体零件图
摘要
本篇说明书主要是对泵体零件的主要加工面与加工孔的步骤进行较详细的说明,例如在普通车床上采用一面两销的定位方式对此泵体的前端面和端面上的两孔进行加工。在减少成本和保证加工精度的基础上极大的保证泵体工艺规格的合理性。此次说明书的重点是对2-48H7的孔进行夹具设计,它采用了偏心车床夹具进行加工,不仅减少了夹紧定位的时间提高了生产效率,还保证了加工的精度。由于泵体大多由中小型企业所生产,我也是根据这些提出了较为经济的设计方案。

Abstract
Thesis of this chapter is mainly manual steps to the main processing surface machining hole pump parts of a more detailed description, such as the front face of the pump and let the blind hole rotary gear "8" shape. Choose from a manufacturing rough economic aspects and requirements of machine tools and some special fixture selection, I will consider in reducing costs and ensuring the basis of the machining accuracy of the enormous size of the process to ensure that the pump is reasonable and complete tooling design some ideas. The specification is focused on the holes 2- 48H7 fixture design, which uses eccentric lathe machining fixture, not only reduces the clamping position of time to improve production efficiency, but also to ensure the accuracy of processing. Mostly due to the pump produced by small and medium enterprises, and I also made based on these more economical design.
