齿轮零件图
摘要
本次课程设计内容是CA6140车床齿轮机械加工工艺规程及钻孔工序的专用夹具设计。
我们需要在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺再设计出毛坯的结构,与工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算,决定出各个工序的工艺装备及切削用量;然后进行专用夹具的设计,选择设计出夹具的各个组成部件,并计算出夹具定位时产生的定位误差,分析夹具结构的合理性与不足之处,并在以后设计中注意改进。具体成果有零件图,零件毛坯图,工艺过程卡片,工序卡片,夹具设计,夹具装配图,夹具零件图和一份说明书。
能熟练运用机械制造工艺设计中的基本理论以及在生产实习中学到的实践知识,正确地解决一个零件在加工中的定位、夹紧以及工艺路线安排、工艺尺寸确定等问题,保证零件的加工质量,是本次课程设计的主要任务。

Abstract
This course design content is CA6140 lathe gear machining process rules and special fixture design of drilling process.
We need to first analyze the parts in the process design, understand the process of the parts and then design the blank structure, and proces s route; Then calculate the size of eachworking step of the parts, deter mine the process equipment and cutting parameters of each step; Then c arry out the design of special fixture, select the design of each compone nt of the fixture, and calculate the positioning error generatedwhen the fixture positioning, analyze the rationality and shortcomings of fixture
structure, and pay attention to improve in the future design. Specific res ults are part drawing, part blank drawing, process card, process card, fixture design, fixture assembly drawing, fixture parts drawing and a man ual.
Be able to skillfully use the basic theory of mechanical manufactur ing process design and practical knowledge learned in the production pr actice, correctly solve a part in the processing of positioning, clamping and process route arrangement, process size determination and other pr oblems, to ensure the processing quality of the parts, is the main task of this course design.
