基于MPS安装站结构设计
[摘要]随着现代化工业生产的发展,气动技术、液压技术、传感器技术、PLC技术、网络及通讯技术等技术的紧密结合而形成的机电一体化的自动化控制技术的应用在工业生产正起着越来越重要的作用,自动化生产系统已成为当今工业生产的重要组成部分。
模块化模拟生产加工系统(MPS)是一套模拟实际工业生产过程具有大量复杂控制的教学培训装置,融合气动技术、传感器技术、PLC技术、计算机及网络通讯技术等众多学科于一身。本文涉及的系统为上海英集斯公司生产的MPS模块化生产加工培训系统,它采用西门子公司生产的S7-200系列PLC对MPS各个工作站的运行过程进行实时控制。
本文首先阐述了课题的研究背景和意义,并介绍了课题的研究内容。经过认真的分析之后,设计出符合课题要求的设备设计方案。然后在设备设计方案上,将MPS安装站的各个部件进行设计校核,以及其它需要设备的设计、选型、材料进行分析设计,并选择型号。其中主要涉及到安装单元各零件设备设计、PLC的选型、气缸的选择和传感器的选择等具体内容。接着将设计的各个部件按照装配过程进行组装。

Structural Design of Installation Station Based on MPS
[Abstract] Based on the extensive applications of pneumatic, hydraulic, sensor, PLC,network, communication and other technologies, mechanics-electronics-gas integrated automation have been playing a more and more important role in modern industry.
Modular Production System (MPS) is a simulation of the actual industrial production process control with a large complex training teaching system, integration of pneumatic technology, sensor technology, PLC technology, computer and network communication technology and many other disciplines in one. The Modular Production System involved in this paper is produced by Shanghai Ingenious Automation CO. Ltd. It uses Siemens S7-200 series PLC on each workstation running MPS real-time control.
This paper first elaborates the research background and significance of the subject, and introduces the research content of the subject. After careful analysis, the equipment design scheme that meets the requirements of the subject is designed. Then in the equipment design, the MPS installation station components are designed and checked, as well as other equipment needed for design, selection, material analysis and design, and select the model. It mainly involves the design of parts and equipment of installation unit, the selection of PLC, the selection of cylinder and sensor, etc. Then the components are assembled according to the assembly process.
