[摘要]地震频繁发生,对人身财产安全造成了严重威胁和损害。科研工作者和很多安全研究者都在设计研究能够在灾难发生时起到救援和自救的工具,包括生命探测仪、逃生工具、自救设备、挖掘机器等。其中针对灾难发生特点的工具比较少,这是因为人们对于灾难发生的侥幸心理和防范意识淡薄,绝大多数人都是灾害发生了才追悔莫及,所以提高灾难的预防意识,宣传灾难的应急措施,是很有必要的。最重要的是,能够把灾害影响止步于开始,研发制作自救工具。为此本文研究设计了针对洪水和地震灾害的自救工具。地震发生时间具有不确定性,发生在夜晚的概率比较大,造成的伤害更为严重,为了增加自救的成功率和及时性,将自救工具和床进行结合,优点是首先能够避免人睡觉时意识不清而造成的安全问题,其次能够有效的减少工具的空间占有量,还能起到一物多用的效果,既能放心使用,还能节约经济。市场存在一些抗震方面的床,其中有的做成仿古床,有的上面做成三角形,还有的做成发生地震时人掉到床体里,床板旋转成三角形,这种做法比前一种节省了很多空间,但是缺点是自动性不足,三角形容易产生应力集中,不安全的因素比较多。为了增加自救能力,提高救援效率,本文开发研究抗震自救床,其核心技术是纯机械传动。对于抗震自救床,首先进行市场资料调查,得到合适合理的数据,然后进行理论设计和建模,能够节省时间和经济,进行仿真实验,最后进行实际制作。设计自救床的抗震功能,包含材料选择,机械结构的设计等。进行了方案可行性的计算和利用有限元分析,包括应力、应变等。

DESIGN OF THE FLOOD PROTECTION AND ANTI-SEISMIC SELF-HELP BED
[Abstract] In recent years, earthquakes occur frequently and cause great threats and harm to life and property. Many scientists and researchers are designing and studying relief and self-help at the same time of the disaster, including life detectors, escape tools, self-rescue equipment, and mining machinery. Tools to features of disaster are relatively few; it is because people feel lucky and awareness for disaster is weak; when disasters occur, the overwhelming majority of people are only repentant. Therefore, disaster prevention awareness and publicity disaster emergency measures are necessary. Most importantly, be able to stop at the beginning of the impact of disasters and make the development of self-help tools. So this design for flood and seismic hazards is the study of self-help bed.In order to increase the success of self-help and timeliness, combine the tool with the bed. The advantage is that people can avoid security problems caused by sleep unconsciousness; tools can effectively reduce the amount of possession by space; play a multi-purpose effects, both ease of use and saving the economy. There are some kinds of seismic beds in the market, which are some antique beds or a triangle above; when earthquakes occur, make people fall into bed and the mattress rotation into a triangle; this approach saves a lot space. But the drawback is lack of automatic and triangle causes stress concentration easily. In order to increase the self-help capacity and improve aid efficiency, the paper studies the researches and development of flood protection and anti-seismic self-help bed. Its core technologies are purely mechanical drive and chemical reaction of microprocessor. Firstly have self-bed seismic surveys for market information and get the right sound data, then the theoretical design and modeling, can save time and economic; have simulation experiments and finally make the actual production. We expect that this design inherits comfortable and beautiful wooden beds and can achieve the effect of relief for more families to bring security. Further the bed design includes the overall design and the mechanical structure. Finally, have a calculation of feasibility and use finite element analysis, including stress and strain.
