微型客货两用车变速器,传动轴和操纵机构设计
摘要
经过改革开放初期我国汽车工业发展规模空前。在不断发展的经济的背景下,乘用车开始普及,走进千家万户。乡村公路上客货两用车适应面更加宽广,人民的生产与生活更加便捷,因而消费者更加容易接受。客货两用车的技术难点主要在其动力传输、变速及操纵机构上,在微型汽车的设计上,首先要考虑设计的汽车满足汽车的工作要求,发动机的功率达到工作的要求,还有变速箱和传动轴与其他汽车机构的合理布置,提高汽车的稳定性能。
所以本课题是对微型客货两用车的结构及工作原理进行深入的分析研究,优化微型客货两用车的结构,提高微型客货两用车的动力传输效率及稳定性,对于我国汽车行业的发展具有远大的研究意义的。本文就是根据设定设计的基本参数,对微型客货两用车的小车变速器、传动轴及操纵机构等重要机构及重要的零部件进行结构设计校核,设计出满足设计要求的微型客货两用车。

Abstract
After the reform and opening up, China's automobile industry has developed unprecedentedly. With the continuous development of economy, all kinds of passenger cars have entered ordinary families. Especially the passenger and freight dual purposevehicles are more suitable for rural roads,which facilitate the production and life of the masses, and are more acceptable to consumers. The technical difficulties of the passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle are mainly in its power transmission, transmission and control mechanism. In the design of the mini car, the power performance of the engine must be taken into full consideration, aswell as the overall arrangement of the gearbox and the transmission shaft to meet the dynamic performance of thevehicle.
Therefore, this topic is an in-depth analysis of the structure andworking principle of the mini passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle, optimizing the structure of the micro passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle, improving the efficiency and stability of the dynamic transmission of the mini passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle,which is of great significance for the development of the automobile industry in China. Based on the basic parameters of the design, this paper designs and checks the structural design of the important organizations and important parts, such as the transmission, transmission shaft and manipulating mechanism of the mini passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle, and designs a micro passenger and cargo dual purposevehicle to meet the design requirements.
