套筒零件数控加工工艺分析及程序编制
摘要
本设计是套筒零件车削加工这个课题,因为他涉及到的知识面非常广阔,基本将我们在大学里所学知识综合运用起来。它突出了数控加工的特点,零件在加工过程中的工艺性特点。从图纸设计,机床的选择,刀具的选择,工艺分析,零件加工,精度的检测与公差的配合到分析结果的全过程,将理论知识和实际操作紧密联系起来。从图样设计开始到零件加工结束,说明零件加工与设计的基本过程。用数控车床加工克服普通车床加工精度不高难加工,加工时间长等特点,提高加工精度,提高操作安全性。并编制加工工艺卡片,编写出加工程序,最终在数控车床上加工出产品。

Abstract

From the design drawings, machine selection, tool selection, process analysis, parts processing, precision of detection and tolerance to the results of the analysiswith thewhole process, the theoretical and practical knowledge closely linked. Starting from pattern design to the end of part processing, indicating that the basic parts machining and design process.
