背垫支撑片冷冲压弯曲模设计
摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,冷冲压成型的精度也在不断提高,工业生产效率得到显着改善,冷冲压成型技术正慢慢地重新焕发活力从而达到新的台阶。
本文意在对背垫支撑片进行冷冲压弯曲模设计,从而完成工业量化生产。首先对冷冲压、弯曲模加工行业进行了简单的概述,并对目前所掌握的技术进行介绍,接着就把重点放在了对工件的弯曲工艺分析上,从而引深到工艺卡片的制作。最后也就是本文最重要的部分弯曲模的结构设计,通过计算设计弯曲模的主要零部件,如模架、模柄、凸模、凹模等并结合工作部分的尺寸计算来选取合适的冲压设备,完成整个弯曲工艺。

Design of Cold Stamping Bending Die for Backing Support Plate
Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, the accuracy of cold stamping molding has also been continuously improved, industrial production efficiency has been significantly improved, cold stamping molding technology is slowly rejuvenated to reach a new level.
This article intends to design the cold stamping bending die of the back pad support sheet, thereby completing the industrial quantitative production. First of all, a brief overview of the cold stamping and bending die processing industry is provided, and the currently mastered technologies are introduced. Then the emphasis is placed on the analysis of the bending process of the workpieces, so as to deepen the process card production. Finally, the structural design of the most important part of the bending die in this paper, through the calculation and design of the main components of the bending die, such as die frame, die handle, punch, die, etc., combined with the size calculation of the working part to select the appropriate stamping equipment Complete the entire bending process.
