外螺纹接头的注塑模具设计
摘要
此次的设计任务即外螺纹接头注塑模具设计。
产品的3D建模,借助UG设计软件创建型腔、活块以及其他零件,并自动生成所需要的零件工程图;使用草图和厚度检测,评估零件;对于模架的设计,利用UG模座专家胡波来完成,从标准模架选择到产品输出,全部采用3D化设计。我在外螺纹接头模具设计过程中,从零件建模到型腔、型芯的设计、模架设计,直至最后的模具开模动作模拟都充分发挥了UG设计软件的各个模块和插件的优势,基本做到了无图纸化设计。采用一模四腔的设计。注塑机综合注塑容量、锁模力、最大注塑面积和模内压力等技术参数确定注塑机型号选用海天160X2A。模座选用龙记,其他标准件选用Misumi。使用了模具设计软件——UG,从最初的零件3D建模到最后的模具各部分零件的装配,模座设计,工程图文件,依靠UG的各个模块,得到合乎设计规范的工程图。
模具的特点是:产品需要透光性好。此外,还对工作零件和注射机有关参数进行了必要的校核计算。

Abstract
The design task is the design of injection mold for external thread joint.
3D modeling of the product, to create a cavity, movable block and other parts are designed by UG software, and automatically generate the required parts drawings; use sketches and thickness detection, evaluation for parts; mold design, mold base by UG experts to complete the Huwave, the output from the standard mold, all using 3D technology design. Mold base selection'other standards by Misumi. The use of mold design software-- UG, from the first to the last part 3D modeling of thevarious parts of the mould assembly design, mold base, engineering drawing, rely on the modules of UG, obtained the reasonable design specification of Engineering drawings.
The characteristics of the mold are: the product needs light transmittance. In addition, the necessary parameters of the parts and the injection machine are checked and calculated.
