接线端子冲压工艺与模具设计
摘要：本设计的题目为：接线端子冲压工艺与模具设计。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了设计者冲压模设计的基础知识，为设计更复杂的冲压模做好了铺垫，同时吸收了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压成形工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了冲裁件的工艺性，紧接着确定冲压工艺方案、设计成形零件、选择结构零件。
本零件结构较为简单，考虑到制件的形状和结构特点、模具的制造成本和加工的方便性，本模具采用级进模结构进行冲裁。

Abstract: This design topic is: the terminal stamping process and die design ofwiring.Through the design of the die parts,further strengthen the designers of stamping die design of the basic knowledge,paving thewayfor stamping die design more complex,also absorb a more profound experience.
The design of the stamping process and die design of the basic knowledge,the first analysis of the blanking process,then determine the stamping process plan,design,selection of structural components forming parts.
This part also has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture cost considering the shape and characteristic structure,parts of the mold and processing,this mold adopts the structure of the progressive die for punching.
