气门摇杆轴支座零件机械加工工艺及其典型夹具设计
摘要
气门摇杆轴支座是柴油机一个重要零件,是柴油机摇杆座的结合部。本设计在气门摇杆轴支座工艺规程设计过程中,详细的分析了摇杆轴支座的加工工艺,通过工艺方案的比较与分析得到了符合技术要求的工序,形成了机械加工工艺过程卡和机械加工工序卡。并完成钻孔夹具的设计,阐述了定位方案的选择、夹紧方案的确定、夹具体设计,运用AutoCAD完成了此典型夹具的装配图和夹具体的零件图。本设计的加工工艺合理,夹具可行、高效、省力,能满足零件的加工要求,保证其加工质量。

Bearing Parts Machining Process Valve Rocker Shaft and Its Typical Fixture Design
Abstract
Valve rocker shaft support is an important part of diesel engine,which is the joint of rocker seat of diesel engine.In this design,in the process of process specification design ofvalve rocker shaft support,the processing technologyof rocker shaft support is analyzed in detail.Through the comparison and analysis of process schemes,the process meeting the technical requirements is obtained,and the machining process card and machining process card are formed.And completed the design of drilling fixture,elaborated the selection of positioning scheme,the determination of clamping scheme,the specific design of clamp,completed the assemblydrawing of this typical fixture and the specific part drawing of clamp byusing AutoCAD.The processing technologyof this design is reasonable,the fixture is feasible,efficient and labor-saving,which can meet the processing requirements of parts and ensure the processing quality.
