台式数控龙门雕刻机TLNC-X-2030工作台及Y轴传动部件设计
内容摘要:数控已经成为了当今工业最为重要的一项开发的内容,几乎所有大型企业的零件加工都离不来数字控制系统,这次我的课题为小型数控龙门雕刻机床机械结构的设计,通过对数控机床发展历史、发展趋势的简介和对数控铣床机械结构的要点、各部分结构分类的介绍使我们更加了解数控铣床的结构。
本次设计目的指在完成台式数控龙门雕刻机工作台Y轴传动设计,主要内容包括Y轴刚度校核、抗弯强度校核、零件强度校核、零件疲劳强度校核、轴承的选择、联轴器的选择、导轨的摩擦与润滑、各运动副间的润滑。
