摘要
换热器在许多工业部门中都有应用,而且非常广泛,例如,石油化工、冶金、制冷、动力等各个领域,在国民经济生产中至关重要。螺旋板式换热器是一种新型换热器,传热效率高,运行稳定,可多台机组运行,适用于蒸汽-蒸汽、蒸汽-液体、液体-液体的传热。
根据任务书的要求,本次的设计课题是F70螺旋板式换热器。螺旋板式换热器相较于其他换热器的优点:1、传热效率高;2、有效回收低温热能;3、运行可靠性强;4、可多台组合使用;5、阻力小;等等。为了确保换热器的强度和使用时间长度,需要设计合理的结构,因此合理的结构需要考虑材料、压力、温度、壁温、污染条件、流体性质、维护、清洁等因素。其中主要的过程有主体的结构设计,材料选择及零部件结构设计,强度计算与校核以及加工工艺、装配程序、安全防腐等。在工程设计过程中,即使是相同形式的换热器结构也不尽相同,因为它们的使用方式不同。我们也应尽可能选择定性产品范围,或者根据客服特定需求来设计,从而达到令人满意的工艺条件。

ABSTRACT
Heat exchangers are widely used in many industrial sectors, such as petrochemical industry, metallurgy, refrigeration, power and other fields, which are very important in national economic production. Spiral plate heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency and stable operation. It can be operated by multiple units. It is suitable for heat transfer of steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid.
According to the requirements of the task book, the design topic of this project is F70 spiral plate heat exchanger. Compared with other heat exchangers, spiral plate heat exchangers have the following advantages: 1. high heat transfer efficiency; 2. effective recovery of low-temperature heat energy; 3. strong operational reliability; 4. multiple combination; 5. low resistance; and so on. In order to ensure the strength of heat exchanger and the length of service time, it is necessary to design a reasonable structure, so reasonable structure needs to consider material, pressure, temperature, wall temperature, pollution conditions, fluid properties, maintenance, cleaning and other factors. The main processes include the structure design of the main body, material selection and component structure design, strength calculation and checking, as well as processing technology, assembly procedures, safety and corrosion protection, etc. In the process of Engineering design, even the same heat exchanger structure is not the same, because they are used in different ways. We should also choose the range of qualitative products as far as possible, or design according to the specific needs of customer service, so as to achieve satisfactory process conditions.
