冶金行业中的钢坯提升机在传统的链条提升机基础上做了一定的改进,但基本的结构原理都是一样,都采用输送链的链传动,在链条上安装托架,由于钢坯具有一定的长度和重量,所以钢坯提升机采用多根输送链同时提升,为保证每根链条的受力均匀,避免其中一根链条过度受力致使链条断裂,需要将每根链条上的托架布置在同一水平,在托架的两侧安装滚轮,并在滚轮的上下安装导轨,保证提升过程的平稳,防止提升过程中因为钢坯太重而使托架倾翻。
