旋耕机传动部分设计
摘要
旋耕机是由拖拉机作为动力且由它拖动的一种代替人工的耕地机械。这种机械可以很好地完成翻新土地,切断根茎等工作,所以在农业生产者中受到好评;这样的耕地方式有利于后面播种机作业,为播种提供良好土壤环境。农业需求在不断提高,所以旋耕机的创新仍然具有重要意义。目前发现的突破点主要有大功率旋耕机的研究尚有空间、作业性能无法满足当今社会需求、旋耕机轴部件设计及材料使用等。
本文设计了侧边传动式旋耕机,根据工作要求,确定了旋耕机的动力机械、传动装置、工作部件以及耕深调节装置。传动装置包括齿轮箱、侧边传动箱、传动轴等。分别对各部分主要零部件进行了设计与校核,包括齿轮,轴,轴承。其中齿轮箱和侧边传动箱是本次设计的重点。
通过本次设计,会得出一款简易又可用的旋耕机,主要设计部分还是旋耕机的传动部分,在设计过程中,会加深对所学知识的巩固,能让理论用于实际。

ABSTRACT
The rotary tiller is a kind of tillage machine which is used to complete the work with the tractor. It has been widely used because of its strong breaking ability and flat surface after ploughing. At the same time, it can cut up the root stubble buried below the surface, which is convenient for seeder operation and provides a good seed bed for later sowing. At present, the research of rotary tiller is still of great significance. The main problems are the research space of high-power rotary tiller, the operating performance can not meet the needs of today’s society, the design of shaft parts of rotary tiller and the use of materials.
In this paper, the design of side drive type rotary tiller, according to the work requirements, to determine the power of the rotary tiller machinery, transmission device includes gear box, side transmission box, transmission shaft, ext. The main parts of each part were designed and checked, including gear, shaft, bearing. The gear box and the side transmission box are the key points of this design.
Through this design, will come to a simple and usable rotary tiller, the main design part or the transmission part of the rotary tiller, in the design process, will deepen the consolidation of the undergraduate knowledge, can let the theory used in practice.
