汽车前照灯实验工装夹具设计
摘要
汽车在行驶过程中,由于行驶的路面状况,天气条件以及突发状况,汽车会受到各种冲击,安装在车上的各种零件会受到相应影响,而汽车前照灯作为汽车的门面,作为保障汽车在夜间行驶的重要零部件,不仅关系到汽车的外在形象,同时作为司机夜间和恶劣天气行驶的保障,如何使汽车照明在初期可以实现检测和实验就成为一个十分紧迫而又有重大现实意义的课题。
本设计是以设计为前提,主要介绍了前照灯发展简史及其种类,并在此基础上设计与其实验相关的夹具。通过完成对工装夹具的设计,可以深刻理解和掌握工装的组成和工作原理、机械设计与机械制图的相关知识。
在的最后,对本次设计进行了总结,提出了一些尚待解决的问题,为今后的进一步完善提出了参考意见。

Abstract
During the running of the car, due to the road conditions,weather conditions and unexpected conditions, the carwill be subjected tovarious impacts, andvarious parts installed on the carwill be affected accordingly, and the automobile headlightswill be used as the front of the car. The important parts that ensure the car’s driving at night are not only related to the external image of the car, but also serve as a guarantee for the driver’s night and badweather. How to make the car lighting in the early stage can realize detection and experiment becomes avery urgent and important Realistic issues.
This design is based on the premise of graduation design. It mainly introduces the brief history of headlamp development and its types, and designs fixtures related to its experiments on this basis. By completing the design of fixtures,you can gain a deep understanding and knowledge of the composition andworking principle of the tooling, and the knowledge of the mechanical design and mechanical drawing.
At the end of the paper, the graduation designwas summed up, some problems still to be solvedwere put forward, and reference suggestionswere made for further improvement in the future.
