本设计在气门摇杆轴支座工艺规程设计过程中,详细的分析了摇杆轴支座的加工工艺,通过工艺方案的比较与分析得到了符合技术要求的工序,形成了机械加工工艺过程卡和机械加工工序卡。并完成了铣削和车削以及钻孔夹具的设计,阐述了定位方案的选择、夹紧方案的确定、夹具体设计,运用AutoCAD完成了此典型夹具的装配图和夹具体的零件图。本设计的加工工艺合理,夹具可行、高效、省力,能满足零件的加工要求,保证其加工质量。

Abstract
