摘要
设计主题是家用多功能保健装置。它由腿部练习腰部练习、手臂练习和框架组成。腿部运动机构利用链条传动工作原理和飞轮的优点来实现锻炼腿部肌肉作用。腰部训练机构利用曲柄滑块机构工作原理和弹簧的优点,实现锻炼腰部肌肉作用。手臂锻炼机构使用操作机构(摇臂和钢丝绳)、导杆(双导杆)、调节机构(杆)满足有效组合,达到锻炼手臂肌肉效果;TH.REE为该设计提供了合理组合平台。另外,此实用新型健身器具有方便、安全、成本低、噪音小等优点。
高速前进的同时,中国健身器材一些问题也慢慢暴露出来。最主要就是在国际市场缺乏出名品牌而且功能比较单一。目前中国大部分制造企业还停留在仿制阶段,在产品研发与创新方面与国外该类企业相比较还有着明显不足。与国外相比较,该类产品于普通家庭中使用率以及平均每人投入到其中消费份额还比较低。
因此,中国健身器材工业企业必须抓住新的发展形势,加大科技创新,努力提高产品质量,加强自主研发能力,有关部门应尽快制订出健身器材统一技术安全标准,加强售后服务。只有这样才能在新形势下立于不败之地。

Abstract
The theme of this design is household health care multifunctional device. It consists of leg exercises,waist exercises, arm exercises and frames. Leg motion mechanism USES theworking principle of chain drive and the advantage of flywheel to realize the function of leg muscle. Thewaist training body USES theworking principle of crank slider mechanism and the advantage of spring to realize the function ofwaist muscle. The arm exercise mechanism USES the operating mechanism(rocker arm andwire rope), guide bar(double guide bar), regulating mechanism(bar) and satisfying the effective combination to achieve the effect of arm muscle exercise. The framework provides a platform for a reasonable combination of TH. REE. In addition, the utility model has the features of convenience, safety, low cost and assembly design.
While China's fitness equipment industry is developing rapidly, some problems are emerging. Especially lack ofwell-known brands in the international market, lowvalue-added products, at the same time, comparedwith the international advanced level, China many enterprises still in the phase of imitation production, product development and technical innovation ability is insufficient. In the field of consumption, comparedwith developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the penetration rate of fitness equipment products in the family and the per capita consumption for fitness sports are stillvery low.
Chinese fitness equipment industry, therefore, enterprises must seize the new situation of development, increase scientific and technological innovation, efforts to improve product quality, strengthen independent research and development ability, the relevant departments shall beworked out as soon as possible fitness equipment safety standards and strengthen after-sales service. Only in thisway canwe remain invincible in the new situation.
