摘要
本次课程设计的题目是拨叉25mm孔夹具设计,通过此次设计,使课本上学到的理论知识在这次课程设计中得到实践,机械制造基础课本上学到的知识,诸如,定位误差的计算,机床类型的选择,加工方式的选择,夹具体设计应注意的问题等,在这次课程设计中都得到了应用,增加了自己理论联系实际的能力:
1.运用所学基本理论知识,正确解决了工件在加工时的定位和夹紧问题,选择合理的方案,进行必要的计算,根据题意设计出符合要求的低成本夹具。
2.收集有关资料,掌握正确的夹具设计思想、方法和手段,学会了正确使用有关手册及其它技术资料。
3.分析研究结构工艺性问题,提高结构设计能力。
4.进一步了解了有关机床、刀具和量具等的工装知识。
Abstract
