本设计依据我国实际情况,研制适合本国的厨房食物垃圾预处理装置——食物垃圾处理器。垃圾处理器的驱动电机和粉碎刀盘为机器的关健部分,直接影响机器的使用效果,所以本设计着重对粉碎刀盘和驱动电机进行设计论述。对于粉碎刀盘和刀片,先对工作载荷进行力学分析,计算流体阻力,进而选择材料及对刀盘、刀片进行强度校核。根据我国食物垃圾的特点,设计采用组合刀盘式粉碎刀。设计中驱动电机的运行特征为时间短,启动频繁,断续工作,其性能直接影响着厨房食物垃圾处理器质量的好坏,本设计采用电机为永磁直流电动机,它的优点是结构简单、体积小、出力大、效率高。此次设计的食物垃圾处理器,避免了目前同类产品完全采用交流电机、选用昂贵材料的做法,使机器的制造和使用成本降低。

According to the characters of food garbage, the paper design a new device一kitchen food garbage disposal. For the kitchen food garbage disposal, the motor and cutters are crucial parts, so the paper mainly discusses them.Through analyzing mechanical, the article figures out liquid resistance and liquid pressure; we obtain resistance of trash when it be smashed. because the garbage in our country own different rigid and stickiness, so the cutter is made up by fasten-cutter, swing-cutter and rotation cutters .In this paper, electric machine has features that it star frequency and work intermittence. For it is crucial for the device, so it is important to choose a appropriate motor. Now, we decide to apply permanent magnet direct current motor, the magnetic pole of permanent magnet direct current motor is a permanent magnet material, it is excellent in simple structure: small volume, powerful output and high efficiency.In this paper, Compared to foreign machine, improve crush efficiency through alter the structure of combination cutters, then, decrease the cost .
