旋耕起垄机是一种备受广大农民好评的现代化耕地机械,它的主要工作内容是在农作物收获后对土地进行翻地、起垄工作。旋耕起垄机有很多工作优点,它可以根据不同的田间工况来调整起垄行数、起垄距离、起垄角度等。其配套规模大、适应性强、工作效率好,并且具有较大的应用前景。课题设计了一种三点悬挂方式的小型旋耕起垄机,采用中间传动的形式,使其拆卸方便,节工省时。而且,课题的工作刀具为旋耕刀,旋耕刀便于更换的特点也可以有效的提高工作效率。

Abstract: Rotary tillage ridging machine is a kind of modern cultivated land machinery which is highly praised by the majority of farmers. Its main work content is to turn the land and ridge after the harvest of crops. Rotary tillage ridging machine has many advantages. It can adjust the row number, distance and angle of ridging according to different field conditions. Its supporting scale is large, adaptability is strong, work efficiency is good, and has a great application prospect. This paper designs a small rotary ridging machine with three-point suspension mode, which adopts the form of intermediate transmission, so that it is easy to dismantle and save labor and time. Moreover, the working tool of the subject is rotary tiller, which is easy to replace and can effectively improve the work efficiency.
