本课题主要针对车辆装配中的圆锥滚动轴承压装机进行设计,以有效地减轻工人笨重的体力劳动强度,使轴承与车轴轴径牢固地联接为一体,以实现两者可靠联接。滚动轴承压装机主要是用于铁路车辆滚动轴承压装的设备,适用于铁路车辆新造及检修时压装轴承,被广泛应用于各个路局车辆维修、车辆制造厂生产。现在铁路的发展越来越发达,各地基本都开通了铁路,意味着轴承的安全使用是重中之重。为了实现轴承更安全更精准的目标,本次设计主要采用PLC控制液压系统来进行轴承的精准和安全的安装,以确保车辆行驶的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract
In today's era of all kinds of vehicles, the safety of vehicles is very important.In the production of vehicles, the amount of labor spent on assembly operations is very large.This topic mainly for vehicle assembly of tapered rolling bearing press mounting machine design, to effectively reduce workers heavy physical labor intensity, the bearing and axle shaft diameter firmly connected as a whole, in order to achieve both reliable connection.Rolling bearing installed is for railway vehicle rolling bearing press mounting device for railway vehicle new creation and maintenance of pressing bearing, is widely used in various railway vehicle maintenance, vehicle manufacturing factory production.Now the development of the railway is becoming more and more developed, the basic have opened around the railway, which means that the safety of the use of the bearing is the most important.In order to achieve the goal of more accurate and precise bearing, this design mainly uses PLC control hydraulic system to carry on the accurate and safe installation of bearing, in order to ensure the safety and stability of the vehicle.

第一章绪论
1.1课题研究的背景和意义
我国铁路车辆采用滚动轴承是从70年代开始的,从70年代的移动式油压机,到80年代的拥有时间--压力曲线的固定式滚动轴承压装机。时代正在不断地向前发展和进步,新老产品的替换是必然的历史。进入21世纪,越来越多的火车逐渐被动车所取代,火车轮对安装轴承时是在专用设备轴承压装机上进行安装轴承的。轴承压装机是用来压装轴承的设备,主要是铁路方面的轴承压装。是采用冷压式压装方法将轴承安装到轴颈上。轴承压装机的工作对象是滚动轴承。轴承压装机是具有多功能的中小型设备,用在轴类零件、铆钉、型材的矫直和轴套类零件等方面的压装很合适。同时,它也可用于板材零件的弯曲、冲压、套筒的形状、简单的零件,如拉深件很好的工作,也可用于压制一般粉末、塑料制品的要求。滚动轴承是铁路货车重要的关键部件,关系到货车行驶过程中的安全问题,安全问题一向是重中之重,所以一直是铁路相关部分重视的问题。
